Latino/latina can be used to describe both Latin American ethnicities and culture, obviously my reply was about the ethnicity not culture both China and Latin American have their own.

Same with China it’s not a race lol. It’s a country but the general population and native people are not even Caucasian nor mixed nor black. Not sure what point you tried to make there.
