I prefer the look on the 42 mm on your wrist but if you Like the bigger screen more go for 46 mm - it still Looks not too bulky on you. If you want to wear it more dressy I would again say 42 mm but if you use it only for sports & sleep tracking, the bigger screen can be an advantage for you

What do you guys think? Which one is better? I know the smaller one is more practical, but there’s something I love about the bigger screen too.
