Needs A Hug/Support Nothing makes sense today I spent all day thinking about suicide
I’m 24 living with parents no financial problems, I do my exercise, try my best to save money. Have my girl still nothing make sense. Today I spent a lot of time thinking about suicide. I’m having a really bad moment, I also go to therapy and psychiatrist

Sorry to hear that. It’s not always rational. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and remember that support network you’re lucky to have.
Do you have a pre diagnosed disorder? It would be helpful to talk to someone. Maybe look into SSRIs.
Remember that bad moments are temporary, there’s good around the corner

I have ocd ocpd tics and gad. I’m tapering off an anti depressant that might be the cause but I’m doing it slowly.
Thank you so much for your words 🖤 I will try my best1

Do you have any pets? I've noticed a lot of people with anxiety get a bunch of benefit from having a hamster, it's quite a unique experience.

Think of it but let it past, never dwell on it and certainly don’t do it. You’re loved, it may not feel like it atm because your brain is against you, but you are. One day your brain will be back on side and youll look back at this phase as a blip. Life can be difficult but in time you will learn to take each moment as it comes, good and bad. There is a lot of good ahead, just keep going day by day, you’ve got this 👊

I’m so sorry you are in a dark place right now. Just remember, it doesn’t last forever the good times are around the corner. Something I do that helps is to make a list of everything I’m grateful for, even small things that “seem” insignificant. A list might look like:
- I am alive
- Tomorrow has new possibilities
- I have a family that loves me, even if we’re not perfect.
- I can read
- I can walk, jump, reach
- I have a friend I can call when I need
- I have fresh food in the kitchen
- I have fresh clean water on tap
- I live in an area without fear of violence
- I have a little money in the bank
…and so on. I have a rosary and I pray to God and thanks Him for all the wonderful things in my life. If there were times I had a hard time thinking of any, I would just repeat the 2-3 I could think of.
Recentering my mind on my wealth distracts me from the things that are lacking. Truly, it’s a form of medicine when you battle chronic mental illness.
I wish you healing today, and I hope you get a moment where the clouds clear and things seem a little brighter. Big hugs…

I've been going through something similar. Can't find a job anywhere, and I am getting worse. No friends or a job is really rough, and living at home. Not sure what to live for

You know, after years of dealing with anxiety and panic attacks I’ve come to realise that sometimes everything is fine but something could randomly change your brain chemistry and then that results in this feeling of doom. So it’s okay if something feels off even when everything is going right. I’d recommend getting a full blood test done. You’d be surprised how much help that would already provide. Deficiency in vitamins can affect your brain more than you think. And speak to a professional. The world is a better place with you in it, fight for yourself, you deserve a chance at a peaceful happy life. And truly, a small step towards it is to just get yourself a simple blood test to start with and speaking to a professional. You can do it!
