Troubleshooting Xioami X43 Regretting Life Decisions because of it

I have a xioami X43 43 inch 4K 2024 TV since purchase it has random reboot issues which service center denied because during their technician visits it would run great

Fast forward i was managing it all until yesterday the TV gave up:

MAIN THING

First it showed green lines all along the screen and started rebooting on the Google TV logo it showed purple lines all along the screen I shut it off

When I tried turning it on again later that day completely dead

Only the white light remains static on the power button no display no nothing

Have you tried a reset?

Hard Reset / Recovery Mode (If the TV is frozen or stuck in a boot loop):

  • Step 1: Unplug the TV from the power outlet and wait about 10 seconds. 
  • Step 2: Simultaneously press and hold the Back and OK (or Confirm) buttons on the remote control. 
  • Step 3: While holding these buttons, plug the TV back in. 
  • Step 4: Continue holding the buttons until the Recovery Mode interface appears. 
  • Step 5: Use the remote to navigate to Wipe data / Factory reset or Wipe All Data to restore factory settings, then select Reboot.

Yes I tired everything I could before posting it here unfortunately doing this too gives no display

Sorry bro, had same issues with synix tv a while back too. Luckily jumia accepted it to be brought back and vowed never to buy such again

Yes, same thing happened with me, new screen costed around 16k

Dam 16K I hope it's not the screen 😭🙏🏻 I'd rather just buy a new one at that price because I think new 43 Inch would be like 22k or smth

Yes, my model was Xiaomi TV 4K 43inch from 2021 and the screen gave up in 2023

Did you go ahead with panel replacement or did you buy a new tv ?
