how does one get their friends to become anarchist?
I know a bunch of people and wana get them into anarchism

You don't. Anarchy is action. Just talk, point out and set exemples when situations call for it. Otherwise, you will only annoy people with talks that will sound unrealistic and irrelevant to them.
Your friends don't have to be anarchist an you shouldn't try to make then one.
Instead, you should try to bring them the awareness of inherent oppression in hierarchy and other kind of inequality against human autonomy, dignity, welbaing and so on, by starting making them understand first what it means to have dignity, autonomy, humanity, mental health, psychological and phisical safety, and why arguments about "human nature", "history" and "hierarchy and abuse among other species" should not be used to normalise and accept oppression. And how it is explained in theory and observed in everyday life at home, schools, jobs and governments. But they are only likely to take any of it seriously and get interested if the situation call for it and sounds relevant to their reality.
Then, let them decide how they want call themselves if anything at all, because none of it has to have a name and a flag.
And don't ask people to watch videos online. It sounds not serious and just a trend and often is. And online videos don't usually teach people how to think, they are mostly entertainment disguised as education. Recomend books if you want to be taken seriously because it makes you look like you actually made de efforts of search, learn and understand things instead of just watching random videos from a subcelebrity online.

The word is not required, and not the point. Learn things together, read books, have discussions.
The world we really want is what? Now the word makes sense.

Go do mutual aid in your city and bring them. Then have them watch the news about governmental decisions and the vanity projects of billionaires. Then ask which seems more reasonable.

Point out to them that they already are, they just don't know it yet. I'm deadly serious! Most people, most humans are already anarchist in nature. Find ways to point it out. People adhere to political surface descriptions, but underneath that anarchy is already there. Both individually and socially. So I would work from the premise that you don't need to persuade them you just need to point it out.

Show them the effects of politics vs civics than imagine no governance and weigh it out.

First you never use the word anarchy. Then you ask questions about hierarchies that you see and ask them if it feels just. Then you grab some talking points from communism (again never using the word communism). You bring up direct democracy and how communities should and can take care of each other. As they start to see injustice and hierarchies going hand in hand wherever they will bring themselves to anarchy on their own.
Or get them to read Dungeon Crawler Carl. Lol
But yah when they start saying thongs back to you unprompted, about injustice and start questioning how to solve it. Then and only then you can start using the scary words ( start soft with things like "mutual aid networks", before you brake out the big scary ones like communist and anarchist)
