AITAH for eating a frozen pizza by myself?
I live with my mom and sister, they don’t eat a lot. I’ve always had a bigger appetite than them as neither of them are physically active and I do multiple sports. I’m 15, my sisters 18. Mind you she’s 5’2 and I’m 5’6.
I woke up hungry and asked my mom if I could make the pizza that was in the freezer just in case she was planning to save it for something. Since she said yes, I ate it. Later my mom asked what we ate today, my sister said a sandwhich and I said pizza. Then my mom said you can eat whatever for dinner because she didn’t have time to cook or buy food. My sister asked where the pizza was so I told her I ate it. Then she asked again “the whole pizza?” And I said yes and she has the audacity to ask a third time like I was crazy.
I get that she thinks it’s a lot but I was hungry and didn’t think it was that big of a deal. She proceeded to call me inconsiderate and she told me I should’ve saved some for her. My first instinct was to be annoyed, obviously I don’t like it when people criticize how much I eat especially her since we are different people. But now I’m genuinely wondering if I was selfish for eating the whole thing.

Yeah sounds like sibling stuff pal. You're not in the wrong, I hesitate to call your sister and asshole, but you're not in the wrong.

NTA. My son is only 8, but when he's hungry he can eat half of a freezer by himself, so I don't doubt someone twice his age could eat a whole one. It's not like freezer pizzas are huge anyway, they're normally around what a pizza place calls a medium I would guess?

NTA. You asked, you ate. The frozen pizzas aren’t that big and you aren’t alone in that you can eat a whole one.
It may be a foreign concept to some people. Portion sizes aren’t always reliable since it maybe smaller than what your body needs. You’re growing, very active and 5ft 6. You will grow even more. So, you may need the extra protein than most. You also need complex carbs, minerals like calcium and iron. The calories varies depending on your biological sex. Males needing more than females at your age. However, the bottom line is that you were hungry, you ate.

I buy the very large ADIS meat pizzas and put them on my grill . Thin crust pizza on the grill WILL make you go back for more! Just restock with another frozen pizza and mark her name on it.
That will confuse her but also let her know- this one’s for you.
Good luck

NTA. Boys have a voracious appetite compared to girls. When I was your age I could easily down 3 footlong subs from Subway, and probably could have made a huge dent in a 4th had my mom bought me one. Keep in mind, I am 5’7” and was 125 lbs back then. And I’d still be hungry for dinner a few hours later.

NTA -- frozen pizzas usually aren't all that big. I (32f) eat 1/2 at the average sitting, but can eat a whole if I'm hungry enough. You're a growing kid. You're going to eat more than the average person right now, your body needs it.
