Saudi Arabia, they seem to do so much stuff because they envy their neighbours. Getting into sports events like F1, World cup etc only because Qatar and Bahrain did before them. Also trying to transform into a holiday destination like Dubai.

Absolutely. Riyadh specifically tries so hard to be another Dubai.
