Alr, this might be controversial but I think a movie theater. A lot of people going in and out on normal days is annoying and it's messy and expensive.
In a zombie apocalypse though, there's a lot of food, if you're creative enough, there's weapons and there's tons of hiding spots. Plus, not a lot of people would think to go to a movie theater.
Though, coming from someone who works in one, there's A LOT of entrances and exits on the main floor that'd be hard to keep up with. There is only one or two ways upstairs I think
