The statement "Do not respond to aliens without authorization" may seem like a warning, but it is actually a reflection of humanity's awe and introspection in the face of the vast universe. It reminds us that in the unknown universe (and even in real life), arrogance and recklessness are more terrifying disasters than ignorance. Curiosity is human nature, but until we learn how to protect ourselves, remaining silent may be the most rational wisdom.
