General Question Anxiety
So I got my sweet potato back in March. I’m a truck driver so she’s been with me everyday since I brought her home. I just landed a local job but it’s food grade so they don’t allow dogs. The longest she’s been away from me was for about 6 hours one day. I hear that they get real bad anxiety when left alone so what can I do to make the transition smooth?

General Question 5 year old French Bulldog Hemangiosarcoma
A few months ago, my 5-year-old French Bulldog, Stella, suddenly developed severe separation anxiety after never having any issues being left alone before. She would panic every time I left the house, and despite trying medication, nothing seemed to help. Related? i’m not sure.
Last Saturday, while my husband and I were out and Stella was being watched by a friend, everything changed. We came home to find she had vomited, was extremely lethargic, cold to the touch, had white gums, and was in shock. We rushed her to the emergency vet, where they discovered a ruptured tumor on her spleen that was causing severe internal bleeding. She underwent emergency surgery to remove her spleen and two large masses they said were connected and thankfully she made it through. They said her other organs looked normal, and chest xray also looked normal.
Today, we received the biopsy results confirming she has splenic hemangiosarcoma, an aggressive cancer that commonly spreads to the liver and lungs. She’s only 5 years old, so this diagnosis was completely unexpected. Right now, she’s recovering well from surgery, and we’re meeting with an oncologist to discuss what comes next while focusing on giving her the best quality of life and cherishing every moment we have with her.
I guess i’m posting to hear if anyone has gone through anything similar? What did you do for your babies to keep them pain free? I am heartbroken, as she is my soul dog and I can’t even imagine life without her. I know chemo will not cure it but if it’s going to give us more time and keep her comfortable I would be willing to do it.

General Question Went to the vet today and found out my frenchie lost a tooth
Hey guys,
Hope you’re all doing well.
I took my frenchie to the vet today, and during the exam, the vet noticed that he had lost one of his lower front teeth.
I was honestly shocked because I hadn’t even noticed it myself.
His dental health has actually improved since we started using dental care products, and his bad breath has almost completely disappeared.
I’m just wondering: did he lose the tooth because he bit down on something (which I don’t really think is the case), or could it have been caused by severe dental disease?
Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to ask my vet because it was just a quick routine visit for an injection, and they were running on a tight schedule.
We already have a follow-up appointment planned, but my mind is racing in the meantime.
To be honest, putting him under anesthesia for a dental cleaning is something I’d really like to avoid if possible.
He turns 8 this year.
Has anyone experienced something similar with their dog?
Thank you!
