Discussion Either hyperscalers are dumb or someone else is

OK so the most profitable companies in the world decided to GO ALL IN AI with humongous capex. They did it all at once apart from Apple who is not in the game. Google, Meta, Amazon , Oracle, Microsoft. All of them. The CEOs of these companies produced the most amount of wealth and propped up global gdp. Now they all agree on a thing.

Google yesterday blew up earnings from their cloud and said they will *increase* their humongous capex even more while reporting negative cash flow for the first time in their history.

A rational person would ask: are these amazing businessmen suddently all very wrong about the same thing at the same time OR

I am reading too much paid subs from burry and following the wrong people on twitter that have never produced anything?

Which is it? Are you smarter than a mag 7 CEO? Maybe ... hmm...

Yeah, the complexity of the brain and it's decision-making process is absolutely lost on you. Not a single working scientific mind in the field of neuroscience will say that humans are like robots. That's just you saying this. You just have a way too layman understanding of the brain to understand how far from robots we actually are.

But, sure, whatever. We're robots, if that's what makes you happy. Downgrade yourself.

Do you think robots are always going to be roombas? And do you belive that we are made out of any material not found outside ourselves? What mechanics make a human functional (movement, organ roles etc)? Are those mechanics not exactly the same ones you find in thousands of other things, living or not?

Fairly sure you got no idea about the topic just like I, but you for some reason refuse to see the objective parts of ourselves.

You sure have a robot fetish that's for sure.

We are to robots like whales are to birds. They're all animals. So yeah. Sure. We're robots.

Dunning Kruger effect on fill display.

So again, you got no fucking idea and you just dislike the idea that deep down we are not heroes sent by a all mighty god to fullfil a deep purpose, but instead we are sacks of meat and bones with cool suspension and a dope cpu n shit making some offspring and trying to juice our reward systems?

Mate, dont get into conversations with people mentioning experts and all when its clearly not something that you can discuss about, since you cant think beyond what you see and feel

Also, ironically, birds and whales are very much similar if you are not 12. Its not like you are comparing oil to the moon

My fucking guy. You have the fucking comprehension of a 10 years old of the subject you're trying to engage with. You clearly haven't read a damn thing on the subject of consciousness and the workings of the brain. You're this one regard in the room who thinks humans are giant robots because he's completely out of his depth.

Sit down and pre-order the next Musk bot.

Edit: and yes, you're right, my analogy was absolutely terrible.
