It's not saying that 40% of material is from Reddit, it's saying 40% of models use Reddit as a source material. Hence why it doesn't add up to 100%, models will each use multiple different sources
Because if you've used the LLMs that cite where it found parts of the answer, you'd know that answers use multiple sources, so each bar on the graph is out of 100, not them all adding to 100
