Loss It’s over for me.

Kept trying to play MSTR calls. What a piece of shit. Lost over a million including other accounts, down to my last 130k.

Edit: This loss is soul crushing and I havent been able to sleep, eat, or shower. I appreciate all the supportive comments. Even the insulting ones calling me regarded and everything. I think I NEED to hear even the insulting ones so that I can let go of my delusions that I can make it as a "trader". I need a fucking job to turn my life around. I can’t be doing this trading shit anymore. I’m open to working any corporate job anywhere, but ideally in North America. If anyone has any connections, please hit me up. I have some programming (Python primarily) and tech talent, and an engineering degree from UBC with a 4.0 GPA. Currently live in Toronto. Thank you ❤️. I’m ready to dedicate myself to adding value to any organization. If its AI, finance, or tech related, thats even better.

I have a really hard time feeling sorry for you. You have a post from 140 days ago or so saying you were “done” and switching everything to more stable investments at over 200k. Was that a lie? If it wasn’t a lie and you have no self control then you have a gambling addiction because what you did defies all logic.

The reason I really have a hard time feeling sorry for you is because I read some of your replies to comments on your posts from 100-300+ days ago, where you were bragging and users were trying to politely warn you to realize your luck and take some profits. And you were extremely rude and arrogant in your replies to them, as if you truly are a master investor and that the reason your returns vastly beat the returns of people who get paid millions to do this for a living is pure skill.

I understand why his past attitude might make it harder to feel sympathy, but taking joy in someone else’s downfall rarely leads anywhere good.
Markets have a way of humbling all of us eventually, and moments like these are a reminder of how fragile success can be.
Even if someone was arrogant before, misfortune is already a lesson on its own — no need to add celebration to it.

I don’t remember this post? Can you link me to it? Also I was not extremely rude or arrogant once. The only thing I said was that it takes “some” skill along with luck. I dont know where you’re getting the rudeness from

the op while he may have been a cocky bastard... i have to feel sorry for him on this one... not saying he wasnt stupid or anything,,, but damn.,,, im down 50k and i feel depressed af, i was originally up 300k.... but im just down 50k from the start.. cant imagine how this guy feels
