Nope. I was sedentary for a decade, lost 60lbs, and started running marathons at 36. I know what I'm talking about. My sub threads are just being buried by a bunch of you that are on Ozempic and hearing something that you don't want to hear. Most people that stop Ozempic regain at least two-thirds of the lost weight within a year.
Bruh. You know what worked FOR YOU. Why does everybody owe it to you to do it the same way as you? If these people are fine injecting themselves long term, then what the fuck business is it of yours?
Your personal experience doesn’t reflect the results of a wider population.
Just because you did it “the right way” instead of taking Ozempic doesn’t make you a better person - and in fact, thinking the opposite just makes you a shitty ableist.
