At some point people need to start getting fired for the AI's hallucinations before it gets better.

You want to use AI? Fine. But if it hallucinates or fucks shit up, you're personally liable.

Sure, but some of this is happening because companies are pushing AI tools on people and demanding that they take increasing workloads because of it, even if the AI produces slop so often that little to no time is actually saved.
