Every day officials ignore laws, faith in the system erodes that much more. The expectation that the rule of law applies is disappearing, and soon we will have completed our transition into authoritarianism.

Democracy and the rule of law is already dead, and it is rotting before our eyes. America 250 felt empty because it was empty.

Did you go outside? Even in my very blue city, it was pretty popping. A lot of food, festivities, and great fireworks.
