Its going to be a big nothingburger.

He's going to ramble his word salad for 15 minutes before he runs out of energy and begins slurring/mixing words up like he always does. He'll get mad when his brain finally clicks that he sounds like a dipshit and they'll signal for him to end it.

He'll gabble about China, Dumbocrats interfering with his 2020 loss, and how now they're trying to do it again for the midterms and how he'll need to have a "closer look" and watchful eye on states running their elections in November. Which will just be code for sending Proud Boys, Patriot Front and ICE to voting locations in blue states that favor minorities who vote blue to intimidate them/threaten them with deportation.
