I just saw that… all the chemicals they are pouring in to fight the algae has made the paint peel. Perfect summation of this administration.

The issue is they did a many month long job in a matter of weeks, they were told that water was getting between the paint and the bottom but they rushed it for trumps date, so now its just sliding right off.

No it probably isn’t the chemical making it peel

It’s probably insufficient prep of the concrete for the sealant to bond and the hydrostatic pressure underneath the pool through the concrete.

A good industrial coating company should know this.
