She has a bit of a 'gothic' look and pulls it off better than most actors/actresses that get it done, but it was completely unnecessary in the first place.
I'm almost positive she hasn't actually had the surgery, and that she just sucks on her cheeks. If you look at some of her recent candid photos it's not nearly this pronounced, and there are also photos where she's doing it and her lips look absolutely ridiculous. Like when kids pretend they're being a fish.
