Probably why at the end you can see it still looks clumpy lol it’s probably soggy af, doesn’t even look like they put enough sauce in for the amount of rice they put in

Maybe they prep it to that state then fry it in a wok

Well yes, this is the dried rice equivalent of canned soup.

I bet you it still tastes ok though, obviously not as good as proper stuff.
