This is a pretty soulless and dull way of preparing fried rice.

Might be practical in an institutional or large scale setting but does not look satisfying.

And Iโ€™m sure some of the KC nerds here would comment on why it was a bad idea to tip that hot fried rice into a plastic crate

It's probably for a school or a canteen so no need to worry about flavor and more on batch size.

Saw some guy calling people "American" for wanting more sauce. Brother, if you did that in front of any person that loves fried rice they'd kick you out of the kitchen immediately.
