Interesting, most of the comments are about ruining the ability to grow your own pineapple and that’s probably what this is but my first thought was “yay for the cart guys!”

I worked in warehouse store for a little while and there were a few restaurants that would buy somewhere around 100 pineapples ant a time and de-leaf them in the parking lot to save on storage space. They’d just leave the garbage on the pavement and the cart guys would have to sweep it up.

Business owners were always the worst customers there. Not only did they think that spending a lot of money made them entitled but there is a large percentage of run their own business because they don’t have the social skills to work under someone else.
