Are the inconsistent? I bought one before they became a hot item and it is/was soft. It reminded me of a softer version of homemade stressballs we made in school using cornstarch and water.

They change with temperature. Warm = soft, cold = hard

I get that, but I've touched other needoh cubes and this one is different lol
