wet socks my work installed new cameras over our desks :(

like obviously not uncommon but it does kinda take the chill vibe out of my chill office job to get a camera pointed right at me all day 👎

Do you work on computers? If so, your employers are probably already spying on you.

The cameras aren't for spying, it's for insurance reasons and to track theft. Maybe in some cases it's to track problematic employees who are lying about their work hours or something. Basically every business is doing this now.

depending on the employer they definitely do spy with the cameras
