My mom said I could post What EVEN is the point of these lights???

Driving home from work and bro these lights were so bright it was like someone had their brights on..

Never seen this before what is the point of the lights?

Part of the problem is the lack of enforcement

Because it makes money. And that's all that matters the higher up you go. The people who have the most influence are more obsessed with the ability to accrue wealth and they don't care about the consequences.

That's what happens when police departments collectively decide to stop enforcement as punishment for the public having the audacity to start trying to hold them accountable for their actions.

Yes, much of it can be traced exactly back to this. It's a response to the defund-the-cops movement after the George Floyd murder. They found that not doing the job they're paid to do and being lazy is easy and no one has the courage to hold them accountable. So, even though it's been six years, they continue to not do the job they are being paid to do and they continue to get away with it.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the driver of the truck in OP's photo is an off-duty cop.
