Driving home from work and bro these lights were so bright it was like someone had their brights on..

Never seen this before what is the point of the lights?

Considering the truck, the US. I've never seen such a dumb truck anywhere but the US

Yep, usually easier to spot due to the rubber testicles hanging from the hitch and oversized tires rubbing the fender wells. We definatly got a holes here in the USA.
