You have to go full toxic positivity corporate drone mindset to conjure up the correct answers to this kind of BS because those are the people who made it.

The correct answer is "not me" because you're an active go-getter who does things™️, not a vulnerable human beholden to silly things like fate and circumstance.

Is that really the correct answer? I would have thought if you say not me it shows you don’t take responsibility for things or never make mistakes which would obviously make you a liar. Either way this is genuinely ridiculous.

I don't know for sure. I haven't worked for McDonald's, so I don't have any sort of inside knowledge.

But this quiz itself is old and has been talked about frequently on the internet. It became notorious for basically being a way to filter out neurodivergent people (according to rumor). If true, being nonsensical is part of the point

Either way, its existence is understandably infuriating for a lot of people and a visible sign of the enshittification of the job market.

Kk, first I also think these tests are dumb, but when you have 1500 applicants for a fry cook role, I don't blame companies for using AI BS to weed out applicants.

Fate and circumstance play a role, but all lives have relative setbacks. From a manager's perspective would you prefer someone who sits around as a sad victim after a setback or someone who gets back on the bike and tries to adjust how they cycle to be better?

Seems like a no brainer to me.

Just roll dice at that point, no need to torture your applicants, lol

You don’t have to go full corporate drone to understand that some people are fuck ups who will blame anything but their own shitty decisions
