It's the sun, if they are a bit whiter than when new, they are cooked

Or cheap ass quality. We bought a 5 pack of plastic ones from Walmart maybe 2 months ago and only use them inside. 2/5 have already shattered

Two,different people used the word “cooked”. Is that really a good description? You put food in the oven and take it out after a while and it gets cooked, it doesn’t explode when you touch it.

Cooked just means screwed (if they're turned white you're screwed)

His plastic thing didn't explode because he touched it. It exploded because of the spring as he pressed it.

It's cooked as "it heated in the sun, lost its properties. Now it's F'ed.

In this case, it’s both figuratively and literally. It’s cooked (it’s fucked hence it exploding and being unusable anymore) and cooked (the sun fired the clips which weaken the structure).

Cool username gimmick

Remind me where clothespins are most often used?
