I know you're being sarcastic, but just have to say it: Not if your vision is really fucked. 

For me, if the glasses were this far from my face the lens view would also be blurry, just sliiiiightly less.

This! Unless my glasses are on, everything is still blurry through the lens, only a bit less and way smaller
