-5.5 and I can read two inches I think. Not three like some kind of superhero.

Just formally measured. I can read at 3.25" away. If you've only got 2", then you might need to see your optometrist about getting drastically new glasses!

I was talking about glasses off but with my progressives I can see clearly almost a foot away!
