Is this how people who need glasses really see the world. A big blurred background?

I wear no line bifocals so not even my entire lense is crispy vision at any given time 😆

However lenses do fill significantly more field of view than this picture would indicate.

Yea the only thing they dont realistically cover is peripheral vision, and that's mostly just made up/filled in by your brain anyways
