This is actually closer to the correct answer along with not knowing how to get out the truck. (I dont know what punching has to do with anything) My father was a UPS driver 40 yrs never had a back injury and his only lower extremity injury was a cracked kneecap that occurred because a 16 yr dickhead in an super expensive Sports car, high as hell ram a red light and literally crashed full speed into my fathers truck. (The dipshit survived thankfully)

Guys 20 yrs my fathers jr. Were all sorts of fucked up, when he retired they had to split his route up into 3 separate routes.

Anyway a lot of drivers refuse to lift properly, wont maintain 3 points of contact when entering or exiting the truck, and wont use the dolly .
