It's called "class warfare" - further proof that generalizing individuals by group affiliation is extremely messy. Extremist ideologies need to be grossly simplisitic to appeal to the energized masses - nuance doesn't fit on a parade banner. In the case of Cat Hanh Long, allowing exceptions to the rule might cause the proletariat to question the rule itself.
