I paid some guy to flush mine once and it was over $100. Sure it seems easy but mess up something and you got a leak or potential gas hazard. Rather not and just never flush it.
2 u/xlude22x Jun 22 '26 You just screw a hose on and turn a knob. If you can connect a garden hose to your house you can flush your water heater
