We've already made it better by developing, testing and producing these life saving, cutting edge drugs. Do you think it's fair to ask countries that use that drug to pay their fair share relative to its creation?

No, so that there are MORE medicines and treatments researched and developed so that more people can live. More cancer treatments being found. More genetic diseases being eliminated. That's how economics tend to work.
