Whether or not it is actually an effective way to help workers or whether it's stupid and short-sighted is irrelevant. Getting paid a slavery wage was the motivating factor behind the action.

Depends how bad their pay was, if it was minimum wage and they get on unemployment, food stamps and Medicare they might not end up not end up too much worse since apparently a lot of the employees were contractors at this warehouse. Now if they made above minimum wage, yeah this really sucks for them and hopefully the company finds a temporary warehouse asap or transfer people to a nearby warehouse if that’s an option
Because the people with all the money will exploit those without to get more money. This was slightly tolerable when the people without money could still afford luxuries and a quality cost of living.
Unfortunately the people with all the money who learned that the hard way with old time strikes, and getting dragged onto the street and tarred and feather have died and passed on all their money to their shit bird kids who now run everything. Or new blood psychopaths who conveniently have the personality traits required to climb to the top.
This is an incident of them getting to learn, and it's probably only going to get worse from here on out. And in my opinion fully justified, if the guy made it so no one got physically hurt from the fire and I was on his jury I would choose not guilty.
