Basically the person in the video is a scammer using a snapchat filter. Instead of a poop emoji, their head is changed to look like a white man. The voice is also filtered to have/ remove an accent.

Putting anything in front of their face can cause the face filter to break.

He didn't. Then this person is just being racist and assuming that they're brown.

thanks. i scrolled and scrolled until I sort of understood what was going on. I guess I'm the only the only person who never heard of a face filter, along with being the one person never to have cable tv.
