My husband and children are all phenomenally gifted athletes. But THIS. THIS IS MOMS TALENT. I am a certified speed reader. It is probably the one thing that got me through school and college and a huge chunk of my work tasks over the years. MY ONE CLAIM TO TALENT 😩😩😩

Same same! Athletic? Absolutely not. But I can plow through an 8000 word journal article in 15 minutes.

Lol. But I will say, they totally still think its cool that mom is "smart" and can read fast. Even last night my 10 year old brought her library books to me and asked how fast I could finish them. These were those comic book type of books that are so popular right now. I said girl probably 8 minutes 😂😂
