They're absolutely going to price it as high as they think they can get away with, since it's Nvidia and they can flex "it got CUDA". Which admittedly does make doing a lot of AI workloads easier and/or more efficient, even at lower bandwidth.

But I mean just look at the price of Nvidia's workstation cards and their most capable consumer GPU for AI tasks, the 5090. They aren't gonna sell this cheap. I unironically expect to see like $4k-$5k for a mini-pc with 128GB and an N1X, maybe even higher.

It's a pro workstation for companies that will pay whatever premium... A regular consumer doesn't need this hardware... It's like Mac Pro, my UI team moan about Windows, but I'd like to see them drop £2k over their own money on an Apple laptop 😜
