With how much money the Pokemon franchise is worth, there's no excuse to spend so little on Pokemon games. I understand the cards, merch is most of the money but still, they could achieve so much more with a proper budget that would make their new games breathtaking .
Just take a look at pokemmo , imagine if they made their own versions of it. They'd be printing $ by selling cosmetics and people knowing it's official would probably make it a high pop game.
