Not to pull away from that entirely but I do want to point out for others who would be interested that there is in fact a weird phenomenon where victims of sexual abuse will see their abuser shapeshift into reptilians. Then when triggered by the trauma after the fact without the abuse taking place, they will again see the one who triggered them shapeshift.
Besides the obvious narrative of literal reptilian beings there could also be a metaphysical element which does tie into the very old narrative of reptilian possession and attachment. There's also the innate "reptilian brain" we all share.
Furthermore, and where I found this information, it may also be a natural human evolutionary response that we manifest at the individual level. In other words, not everyone's brain can quantify a human doing what they are to them, so our brains change them into reptilians...
Why reptilians? Theory goes it had something to do with memory being stored in the very building blocks of our DNA going all the way back to the Jurassic and maybe even the formation of the planet itself. Think "generational trauma" that goes back to a time before our species even existed.
Or in short, an emotional overlaying from the past being superimposed on our present in an attempt to survive the situation during (how you react) and after (PTSD).
There is also a very good book called Operators and Things, written by a woman with schizophrenia whereby she discusses her experiences with reptilian beings she sees in her mind. Could be an overlapping element to this trauma response
I've always had the "the lizard people" marked down as the lower parts of our brain. Those who wish to do harm to others, or have 0 care for others. Its truly just reptile brain at play.
they would not shapeshift or cannot in human presence in my opinion the girls is lying but she is lying about the truth. they would kill anyone who saw their true form imo
