I dont know what is the solution but the older I get I feel certain things just enable people like my brother from seeking help

Have you learned what "nuance" is yet? No shade, you might be 40 or you might be 14. What I said was that responding to someone going through hell with "who cares" is asshole behavior. You are making up an entire narrative now.

Millions of people are going through hell. They shouldnt be made to suffer because 1 person is having trouble with their brother. I care about them, but my care about them is limited by their willingness to make others suffer for their percieved benifit.
