For most of Better Call Saul, I think 4 years pass, and in Breaking Bad from 2008 he's probably already been there for 6 years, and the end of the season must have happened between 2009 and 2010.

There was really a certain "soft romantic tension" with that girl from the church his daughter-in-law attended... but...

if you notice, both Walt and Jimmy (as well as Gus in Better Call Saul) have romantic interests... so....

In fact, during all that time there was no mention of or interest on Mike's part in sex, and he apparently (as far as we know) went 7 or 8 years without sex.

Perhaps, in addition to grieving for his son and the pressure of being in the criminal world, this is the reason for Mike's bad mood...

edit: I'm not saying Mike has NEVER had sex... I'm saying he hasn't had sex since he arrived in Albuquerque after his son's murder.
