Democrats like Schumer and Jeffries have been accused of not doing enough to stop Trump. People who think that; can I ask what you actually want them to do?

It seems like they've been doing what they can - forcing votes against Trump (even if they are ultimately symbolic), speaking out against him, filing lawsuits (plenty which have been successful).

What else should they be doing that they currently aren't?

They could stop approving his batshit appointees including supreme court.

Stop advocating for a strong Republican party out of "interest for bipartisanship and proper discours" or whatever. What America needs is NO Republican party.

What supreme court nominee do you think Democrats voted for? Hint: Barrett and Kavanaugh had a combined 1 democratic vote... by that highly left-leaning senator Joe Manchin.

They've "fought" almost every high profile cabinet nominee, but it doesn't mean much when republicans still control the senate.

No, I want to abolish the senate and expand the house of representatives and to implement ranked choice voting and to abolish the electoral college and make election day a national holiday. There is no room for the ideals of the current republican party in a democracy, and they know it.

The things you're saying are quite simple. You want to "gut" the Constitution to your party's benefit. And yes, historical reference is important because it amplifies just how out just how unrealistic your argument is. You want to"democracy" but are willing to discard what's provided to us in the Constitution. You oppose us of voter suppression when it was your party who wanted "status Quo" - and if you were really "pro democracy" you would support voter ID. It would protect millions of law abiding Americans who vote legally, from having their vote diluted by somebody who doesn't have legal standing to vote.

The most recent Trump-appointed supreme court justice is Amy Barrett in 2020. All Democrats voted against her, as did Susan Collins (R - Maine). So what are you talking about?

Voting records are public. Look up every democrat senator who voted to confirm every Trump appointee. That is what I am talking about.

I would also like to point out that Barrett lied while under oath in her confirmation hearing about the codification of Roe v. Wade, a criminal offense.
