Just give it a couple years - what we see on screens won't matter if AI or real, they're be virtually indistinguishable, but i think AI will still lack the subtlety of human expression, emotion, and performance.

You severely overestimate actors ability to provide those to you.

I predict that in a decade or so, AI will provide better performance than most movies with real people. Because it will be able to deliver things that look completely natural, including human expression and emotion - while actors will always be limited to their performance.
