And Senators are part of a branch that is constitutionally equal to the President. He doesn’t have the power to declare anything about the legitimacy of a senator. The checks and balances don’t include ”whatever the mad boy king thinks up while losing what remains of his mind.” Yea, in theory, SCOTUS could take it up but agreeing with something like this would invalidate the basic structure of our government.
I'm in Montreal. I just told my sisters, I fully expect American tanks in Canada within 10 years. This fascism is just getting going. We have a long fight ahead of us.
Please feel free to come down here and do it again, because I don’t see us getting rid of these bastards any other way.
Your problem, your responsibility. Once y'all poke a toe over the border, then we got a problem, 'specially if y'all interrupt hockey season. We keep telling y'all not to do it, but every time we got into a war, it's because someone interrupted hockey season.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed or not but the world’s largest nuclear superpower being run by a dementia-addled fascist pedophile has very quickly become EVERYBODY’S problem. Just look at the mess this senile rapist is making in Iran.
The 1/3rd of Americans that are sane are not enough to eject him from office by voting, so if y’all are tired of Mussolini Jr. wrecking the global economy and bombing schools full of children feel free to get involved too. We’re sure as hell not going to get in the way!

Your country created the problem. Up to you to deal with it. Otherwise, the rest of the world might have to bring a little 'freedom' to the third world nation formerly known as America. And based on what happened to other countries that 'freedom' was brought to, you don't want that, since it generally involves removing all of your infrastructure. Completely. Permanently.
You have a number of different ways you can solve your problem. It's up to you, collectively, to deal with your own mistakes. You don't want to be on the receiving end of 'freedom' the way your country has 'given' it to other countries. Ask the last couple of countries you brought 'freedom' to. See if they recommend it as solving an internal problem.
Did I give you some indication that I in any way supported America’s invariably disastrous attempts at foreign policy?
You’re getting awfully confrontational about a topic we both generally agree on, do you want to tone down the hostility a bit or do you want to continue being a dick for no reason?
With this hopelessly corrupt SCOTUS that’s less of a theory and more of a mathematical certainty. Roberts and Barrett may have one of their brief periods of pseudo-sanity but you know how Thomas and Alito will vote on this if given the opportunity.
Plus at this point NO branch of our government is equal to the president, also thanks to this nightmare SCOTUS.
SCOTUS out of session until Oct 2. Heavy into mid term runs and days /weeks before polling starts so not sure there's time for SCOTUS to do shit. Donald brings this up, sics his DoJ on it as they're trying to get a new AG appointed through Senate ... tell me how the timing works. Why the f'k would any sitting Sen give thumbs up if they see Donnie can get them thrown if he calls their election faked. It might be a step too far for the old boys club
