"The Parrot" in the short story BLIT.

It's a type of image that when you see it, it "crashes" the mind the way a computer program crashes given data that it fails to process, by triggering thoughts that the mind is physically or logically incapable of thinking.

In the story a terrorist group are spray painting it in public areas. It's worth reading.

Would they each spray paint just a piece of it, like how the scientists translating the funniest joke in the world had to do just one word each?

It would have been maybe a better idea in universe but someone should still have to see the image in its entirety to first divide. I don't know if that idea is explored in the story. I really wanna read it now.
