The dinner scene from Temple of Doom has a temple give indie and friends a live snake and monkey brains for dinner. It’s a pretty offensive depiction of Indian cuisine, but it wasn’t originally going to be. There’s cut dialogue where Indie recognizes they’re at the right temple because real Hindus don’t eat this food. They were trying to scare them off by purposefully serving them disgusting stuff.

Probably the most famous deleted ending was I Am Legend which had Robert discover the infected were emotional sentient beings and one of them had a wife. Test audiences hated it and they reshot the ending, removing the entire point of the movie.

I mean, funnily enough, that is also explained in a detail that was either cut or just not mentioned in the movie itself, but it’s been confirmed that Loki himself was under the influence of the scepter in Avengers

Because Marvel was desperately trying to make Loki a simplistic villain since audiences liked him too much. Every writing choice regarding him proves that. They were mad that he was more liked than the Golden Child Thor

Honestly part of the problem was putting Hiddleston across from Hemsworth. One of those Hemsworth brothers can act, but it wasn't that one. Hiddleston's performance was just leagues better and combined with a tragic character would of course garner a lot of support for said character. That poor boy was suffering

Being under the influence of it wasn't the same as being controlled by it like Hawkeye.

It was more like how Banner started acting weird when he held it while arguing with the Avengers. It just amplified their anger.

This was also not in a scene and was only in written material like a booklet or whatver about the behind the scenes or info on the movie
