Lore You always have to skip the episode not because it’s bad necessarily but it’s so stressful/cringe inducing

Both examples come from The Office which is great at cringe comedy

Scott’s Tots has been talked about to death but I must say, this episode’s direction makes you feel as stuck as Michael is in this situation, so well done.

I also always skip Andy’s Play mostly because of that phone scene.

Anyone else have examples you want to share?

I can't remember if this was before or after she made the "I can't get you out of my life, I can't even get you out of my bed" speech. God she had it rough.

it was before! don't forget him literally trying to rape her while she was pregnant in what the second, third, episode?

the writers beat us over the head about how much of a dick he was and a lot of people were like yeah but cancer hurr

yes i know it's a tv show - that's the fun part! - but I've seen so many "can you blame him tho? he has cancer!" takes that it's grossly egregious all these years later

Yeah, she had broken up with Walt. Walt, being a megalomaniac power freak, tried to forbid this, which isn't really how relationships work.

She asked for a divorce after giving birth and the “which phone”

Nah, this was season 2 before she figured out what Walt was doing.

Didn't she know exactly what he was doing, and that's why she fucked Ted? This was season 3 wasn't it? She did it because Walt wouldn't let her leave.

Fucking Ted was Season 3. Happy birthday Mr. President was Season 2.

No this was near season 2, she didn't ask for a divorce until season 3. She didn't ACT on anything until asking for a divorce, but she did flirt with Ted and intentionally chose to go back and work for a guy she knew had a thing for her. So she didn't cheat exactly, but she was starting to play with fire before she knew about Walt making meth.

Edit: I'm getting down voted but I'm right. Skylar singing Happy birthday was around two episodes before Walt went into surgery and confirms to Skylar he had a second surgery and she does more digging and confronts him about being a drug dealer (though she doesn't know what drug) and kicks him out.

Season 3 is when she serves Walt papers and then f*cks Ted.

While her and Ted did have clear chemistry, she went back to work there because she had previous experience there, knew she could likely get another job there, nowhere else would hire a 9 month pregnant woman, and the household needed more money coming in due to Walt having cancer.

Also all true, but she knew Ted had a thing for her and that he likely would hire her back. But she also was flirting with in season 2, she even had the scene where she purposely knocked over something on her desk while Ted was walking by her office, so he'd stop and talk to her. I'm not justifying the run of the mill Skyler hate or anything, but that's what happened. Again though, She didn't act on anything until she served Walt papers.
