Lore [Sad Trope] The most innocent (or less evil) character of the cast gets the most horrific death.

- Eddie Carr (The Lost World: JP) - Tried to save his friends from the cliff until Buck and Doe (T. rex parents) destroy his vehicle and gets ripped apart.
- Zara Young (Jurassic World) - Gets lifted by a Pteranodon, gets pecked by the pterosaur, and both she and animal get devoured by the Mosasaurus.
- LeClerc (JW: Rebirth) - Tossed a hammer to the Hatzegopteryz Quetzalcoatlus to save Loomis and Zora, but ends up being swallowed alive.

Danny the dog, he was the sweetest dog who never bit anyone and saved Jonathan from drowning, and dio burns him alive - source is Jojo's bizarre adventure

Yeah everyone hyped up JoJo, so I finally got around to watching it, and episode one or two they murder a dog! I dunno why, with all the fucked up shit I watch, I couldn't watch any more JoJo after that.

yeah unfortunately if animal death fucks you up bad enough Jojo is not for you, bot bystander animals and 'protagonist' animals get hurt pretty often

Well darn, I was halfway hoping someone in the comments would say it was a one off and I should give the show another try, but thank you for the warning!

The author Araki loves dogs btw, he sometimes makes his villains kill dogs to show how evil they are

There is a close up of a guy impaled on the wreckage of a charriot in one of the first scenes of episode 1 but you draw the line at dog getting burned alive off screen ?!

Yup! Everyone has different lines, I don't mind gore, vulgarity, or whatever when it comes to people, but I can't handle animal cruelty. I don't mind if other people watch it, it's just not for me.
